Pierre Allegre, Senior Pastor
Pierre recently came to NAC after pastoring Alliance churches in Rapid City, South Dakota (2005-2007) and in West Seattle (1995-2005). Prior to that, he served as a youth pastor in churches in Southern California (1982-1992) and Seattle (1992-1995).
Pierre is a graduate (Master of Divinity) of Talbot School of Theology in Southern California and proudly serves as a chaplain in the United States Air Force Reserve. He and his lovely wife Maru have three sons: Daniel, Luke, and Peter.
Martha Gilbert, Office Manager
Martha has worked at NAC since August of 2006. She graduated in 2000 from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a degree in marketing. Prior to working at NAC, Martha worked in International Logistics.
She is originally from northern Wisconsin and lived in St. Paul, MN, before relocating to Washington. Martha and her husband, Steve, and their little baby Noah live in Lacey.
Nicholas Anderson, Director of Worship and Music
Nicholas Anderson is a native of Olympia, WA. He has been involved in music ministry since he was 15 and has been leading worship teams for the past 5 years. Nicholas is an avid composer, reader and Mariners fan. He likes to tell people that his real passion is taxidermy.
Nicholas earned his B.A. in Music from Simpson University in 2005 and his M.M. in Composition from the Peabody Conservatory at Johns Hopkins University in 2008.
